Coach T. Kiah

Most players call me Coach Fella! I've been playing and coaching for over 35 years. I've been active in youth sports for over 10 years. I started my coaching at the Upward basketball league in Ontario, Ohio. After years of Upward coaching, I begun coaching the Mansfield Blitz Ballers traveling team. In 2009, I started coaching with my cousin, Coach V. We together, coach the 4th grade Mansfield Cavs, in which we founded the Mansfield Cavs Youth Organization. Furthermore, I also provide youth speed and conditioning training for summer track and field.

Coach J. Hudgens

Most Players call me Coach V! I've played basketball for over 24 years, and coached for 2 years. I'm a Mansfield Sr. High class of 99' graduate.I furthered my education at Walsh University in North Canton,Ohio where I played 2 years of Intercollegiate sports including basketball and football. After college, I became a certified basketball official, while passing my knowledge of the game on to the youth of Mansfield. I began coaching in 1995. I coached a 6th grade team sponsored by Briggs Trucking. I took 14 years of coaching as I continued to play and better my understanding of basketball.  In 2009, I was asked by my cousin "Coach Fella" to assist him with coaching the Mansfield Cavs, in which I instantly caught the "Coach Fever". As a coach, I understand that winning is important, but not as important as teaching the youth the fundamentals of the game and preparing them for the next level, knowing that the upcoming youth are our "FUTURE"!!!!!!!

Our mission is to:

1) Inspire winning attitudes in Kids on and off the court.
2) Help build stronger Parent/Child relationships.
3) Expose kids to positive environments, as well as new and different surroundings.
4) Have Lots of Fun & Excitement!!!!!!
